Dayne was born on December 21, 1990, in Lafayette, Louisiana to Don and Donna Thibodeaux. His childhood was filled with great memories, great family, great friends, baseball, and football. The friends he made were as good as gold and a bond for life.
Dayne’s untimely death was tragic, but he was full of love. He found God and finally found the peace he had been looking for. Dayne definitely made the best for himself and he showed a broken family how to love again. He died a hero for his family, and they will forever be strong in the memory of Dayne Thibodeaux – the strongest man I’ve ever met.
He is survived by his mother, Donna Huval Thibodeaux; father, Don J. Thibodeaux; twin brother, Danah Lee Thibodeaux; sister, Gracie Rose Thibodeaux; maternal grandparents, Robert and Diane Huval; paternal grandparents, Shirley and Tiny Thibodeaux; great-grandmother, Annette LeBlanc; aunt (Nanny), Tricia Haywood and husband Larry; aunt, Crystal Thibodeaux Compose; uncle, Joey Thibodeaux; cousins, Shane Haywood, Mallory Haywood and Lauren Haywood; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Roy LeBlanc; and great-grandparents, Clebe and Fabiola Huval.
Dayne’s obituary was composed by his twin brother, Danah Thibodeaux.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
