PARISH OF ST. MARTIN

By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the State of Louisiana, I will sell, in the lobby of the Law Enforcement Center in which the Civil District Court of the said parish is held within the legal hours of Judicial sales, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2011 and continuing each succeeding day until said sales are completed, all immovable property on which taxes are now due to the Atchafalaya Basin Levee District, Parish of St. Martin Good Roads, Schools, Criminal Tax, Hospitals, Sewerage and Waterworks District and all taxes, to enforce the collection of all taxes assessed in the year 2010 together with the interest thereon from the 30th day of January 2011, at the rate of one percent (l%) per month until paid and all costs.
