Notice is given that the Executor of the above captioned succession, David Wayne Guidry, has filed a “Petition for Private Sale of Immovable Property” for authority to sell immovable property of the Decedent, Louis M. Castille for TWO HUNDRED FORTY-SIX AND NO/100 ($246,000.00) DOLLARS. The property proposed to be sold is described as follows:

A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto appertaining and all appurtenances thereof, situated in Section 82, Township 9 South, Range 6 East, ST. Martin Parish, Louisiana. Said property being identified as:

“TRACT NO 1

NET ACRES = 41.885 ACRES BAYOU SLOPE ACRES = +1. 780 ACRES TOTAL ACRES = 43.665 ACRES”

having the dimensions, configuration and adjacent landowners as per plat of survey prepared by Clarence Thibodeaux, Registered Land Surveyor No. 4317 dated November 15, 2006 showing the property of Louis Castille being Tract 1. Said plat of survey filed of record of record on October 8th, 2010 in C.B. 1576, Page 42, Entry No. 439408 of the records of St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.

Being a portion of the property acquired by Louis M. Castille in the following Acts:

1) C.B. 1426, Page 197, Entry Number: 378932; and,

2) C.B. 680, Page 850, Entry Number: 161667;

all of the records of ST. Martin Parish, Louisiana

The municipal address of the property is: None has been assigned. (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”).

The sale proceeds will be disbursed as follows:

A)Any encumbrances bearing against the property; and

B) Prorated property taxes;

with the balance deposited into the succession’s checking account pending further order or orders of the Court.

Any heir, legatee or creditor who opposes the proposed sale must file an opposition within seven (7) days from the date on which the last publication of this notice appears.
