Broussard – Memorial services were held at a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 21, 2011, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church for Blaise Arelie Armentor, 74, who passed away on January 17, 2011, at 8:45 a.m. at River Oaks Retirement Manor.

Reverend Louis Richard, Pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, was the Celebrant of the Mass and conducted the funeral services.

Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Mr. Armentor, a resident of Broussard, was the son of the late Otis Joseph Armentor of Coteau and the former Edith Hollier of Broussard.

He is survived by four daughters, Lisa Marie Armentor Bell and husband David of Broussard, Suzanne Armentor Bradford and husband Keith of Trout, La., Christina Armentor Fenrich and husband Dr. Arnold Fenrich of Austin, Texas, and Sara Jane Armentor and fiancé Andrew Alan Brown of Austin, Texas; two sons, David Blaine Armentor of Katy, Texas and Jacque Paul Armentor of Breaux Bridge; six grandchildren, Heidi Kae LeJeune Girouard, Michael James Roulstone, Marie Elizabeth Roulstone Sifuentes, David Anthony Armentor, Daniel Blaine Armentor and Remy André Fenrich; three great-grandchildren, Mallory Girouard, Lily Girouard and Lanie Sifuentes; and one brother, Ned Paul Armentor and wife Sherry of Plano, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Nola Armentor Malagarie; and one brother, Emanuel Charles Armentor.
