Boliver Foster, Amite, 46, appeared in court on April 16 before Judge Ernest Drake and pleaded guilty to DWI (1st offense) and was sentenced to serve six months in parish jail. Jail sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on active probation for two years with special conditions that the defendant complete 32 hours of community service work, complete a court-approved drivers improvement program and substance abuse program, attend a victim's impact panel and pay a fine of $350.00 plus court costs.

Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court before Judge Bennett.

Adam Capdeboscq, Husser, 30, pleaded no contest to DWI (1st offense) and was sentenced to serve six months in parish jail. Jail sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on bench probation for two years with special conditions that the defendant complete 32 hours of community service work, complete a court-approved drivers improvement program and substance abuse program, attend a victim's impact panel and pay a fine of of $750.00 plus court costs.

Toby Catrett, Tickfaw, 34, pleaded no contest to DWI (1st offense) and was sentenced to serve six months in parish jail. Jail sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on bench probation for two years with special conditions that the defendant complete 32 hours of community service work, complete a court approved drivers improvement program and substance abuse program, attend a victim's impact panel, and pay a fine of $750.00 plus court costs.
