Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, Aug. 13, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Vincent Joseph “Vee” Batiste, 57, who died on Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021.
Survivors include his mother, Agnes Demouchet-Batiste; children, Joshua Marshall, and Cedric, Jaleel and Batiste; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Prenella Charles, Mrs. Raymond (Norma) James and Tammy Lewis; and brothers, Lionel, John, Arthur and Camille Batiste.
Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
