Henderson Mayor Sherbin Collette stands before the town’s new but still unfinished city hall which has been under construction for about a year. An $822,400 contract was awarded to R.S. Bernard & Associates in December 2020, but the project has been delayed by COVID issues and sharp increases in the price of materials. Officials are hopeful the new facility will be completed by late March.
