Kimya Cruse, St. Martinville’s chief operations officer (COO) told the Teche News that it will be the team working together, not just her, that will put the city’s affairs in order. Cruz, a St. Martinville native and LSU graduate in education, science and math, fills the newly-created position after managing Jason Willis’ successful mayoral campaign.
