Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Sept. 16 at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Sophie B. Frederick, 86, who died on Sept. 14, 2023.
She is survived by her husband, Herman Frederick; son, Carl Frederick; daughter, Melinda Richard; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald Brasseaux; and sister, Bea Melancon.
