Eight-year-old donates balloons, stuffed animals to nursing homes

Breaux Bridge – Eight-year-old Randy Comeaux of Breaux Bridge donated stuffed animals and balloons to two area nursing homes for Valentine’s Day for the third straight year on Friday.

Comeaux started his Valentine’s Day mission three years ago with his nurse, Terri Erwin, donating balloons and stuffed bears. He also donates to the infusion clinic.

Comeaux donated the stuffed animals and balloons to St. Agnes Nursing Home in Breaux Bridge and to Morrow Memorial Nursing Home in Arnaudville. Comeaux said he enjoys giving to others and seeing the recipients smile, and loves to spread love to everyone around the world who needs more love.
