The 63rd Annual May Day Procession and Pageant will take place on May 1 at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church. Holy Mass will begin at 6:00pm followed by a Eucharistic Procession to a stage for a reenactment of the Assumption and Coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The second May Day Procession and Pageant took place in 1950 and was a reenactment of the Assumption and Coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Now, 75 years later, the church is again presenting to our community the beautiful mysteries of the Blessed Mother’s entrance into Heaven and how she was made Queen of Heaven and Earth.

The first May Day Procession and Pageant took place in 1949 and was a reenactment of the Apparition at Fatima.

Volunteers are needed for the reenactment. Young girls, ages 5 thru 17, are invited to participate as flower girls before the Blessed Sacrament during the procession. Adults are also needed to help with the procession.
