St. Martinville – Robert Charles Livaudais, 93, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at St. Martin Hospital.
Mr. Livaudais was a veteran of World War II and honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the Masons and served as a Deacon at the Baptist Church in Chalmette. During his free time, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his daughters, Marilynn Carol Cyr and husband Marshall of St. Martinville, Merry Kathleen Frydendal and husband Jimi of Winnemucca, Nev., and Patricia Aline Schnake and husband Dave of Luling; sister, Loy Helen Livaudais Dimoff and husband Randy of Mobile, Ala.; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine Loyla Tillman Livaudais; father, William Livaudais; mother, Lelia Bennett Livaudais; son, Robert Tillman Livaudais; brother, Carl Livaudais; and sisters, Aline L. Curtis and Violet L. Sanders.
