St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, Oct. 5, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Elaine “Lainie” Melancon Dennis, 74, who passed away on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018, at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Interment followed at St. Michael Mausoleum.
She is survivied by her
children, David S. L. Dennis, Mrs. Stephan (Anne K.) Mouton and Mary D. Miller; four grandchildren; and her sister, Mrs. Pete (Kathy) Piccione.
Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
