The biggest event of the year for the ARC of St. Martin, the annual “Dancing with the ARC Stars,”
will be held at the Cade Community Center, 1688 Smede Hwy, on Friday, April 20 at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m.
The event provides needed funding for vital ARC programs. It also provides one of the most enjoyable evenings on the St. Martin Parish events calendar.
This year there will be ten teams showing their best moves on the stage. Attendance is huge, so tickets must be purchased in advance. There will be a dress rehearsal open to the public at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 19.
A table for Friday’s main event can be reserved for a donation of $300 and individual tickets are $25. Thursday’s dress rehearsal will begin at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Admission on Thursday is $5 in advance or $7 at the door. Refreshments and a cash bar will be available on both nights. Advance voting for your favorite team or teams can be done via the ARC website, www.arcofstmartin.com; by Paypal; in person at the ARC building, 500 Leila St. in St. Martinville; or you may vote on the night of the event.
