Parks – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, Jan. 5, at St. Louis Chapel in Parks for Gwendolyn Wiltz Glover, 69, who passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019,.
Interment followed at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville.
She served as an alderwoman for the Village of Parks from 2004-2008.
She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Gilbert (Vanetta) Matthews and husband Gilbert and Mrs. Jody (Quanzette) Guilliam; sister, Mrs. Joseph (Angelica) Wiltz; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shontella Glover.
Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
