Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Lou Anna Hebert, 75, who passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018, at Lafayette General Medical Center. Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Monday and continued on Tuesday at 7 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. A rosary was prayed at 7 p.m. on Monday. Rev. Garrett McIntyre officiated at the Funeral Mass. Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 1 in Breaux Bridge. Lou Anna was retired from Farmers-Merchants Bank, where she worked as a Branch Manager for over 40 years. She enjoyed sewing, reading, and supported her grandchildren in all their endeavors throughout their lives. She is survived by her sons, Neal Hebert and wife Jeanette of Modesto, Cal., and Kim Hebert and wife Leah of Lafayette; daughters, Hiedi LeBlanc and boyfriend Rene Champagne, and Leslie Dumatrait and husband Timmy, all of Breaux Bridge; sister, Rena G. Guidry; grandchildren, Tim Dumatrait Jr., James Hebert, Stefani D. Breaux and spouse Brian, Jason Hebert, Chase Stafford, Megan Dumatrait, Brooke Stafford, Brooks Hebert and Anna Maria Hebert; and nephews, nieces and their spouses, whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edney and Laby Daigle Guidry. Pallbearers were Tim Dumatrait Jr., James Hebert, Jason Hebert, Chase Stafford, Brooks Hebert, Gene Guidry and Mike Guidry.
