St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Edward Joseph Menard Sr., 77, who passed away on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019.
Visiting hours at Notre Dame Catholic Church will be from 7 until 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery .
He is survived by his wife, Julia Cole Menard; daughters, Mrs. Kevin (Laura) Mitchell and Mrs. Dwight (Eula) Faulk; son, Edward J. Menard Jr.; sisters, Geraldine Batiste and Carnella Dorn; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Wallace, Bill, Gilbert and Warren Menard.
Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
