FOR SALE

The old Evangeline Vocational Technical School at 600 S. MLK Jr. Drive in St. Martinville, a nearly 35,000 sq. ft. facility built in 1965, is up for sale. The first Request For Proposals, which sought offers in the $165,000 range, received no firm offers, SLCC Purchasing Manager Nicole Manuel told the Teche News.  Sales efforts are on hold for now as other options are being considered.
