MaeBelle James

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Sept. 10 at Notre Dame Catholic Church for MaeBelle James, 85, who died on Sept. 3, 2021.

She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Dormas (Paulette) Solomon, Mrs. Finley (Elaine) Williams and Bernadine Trahan; son, Paulmer James Jr.; sisters, Florence Vitto and Lena Francois; 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paulmer James Sr.

Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
