Pastor Joe Jenkins will officiate the Memorial Service. 

Betty was a wonderful wife, an amazing mother, and a devout Christian. She enjoyed playing Scrabble, crocheting, and reading. She was also an impressive pianist. Throughout the years, she loved traveling with her husband. Although she had many setbacks in life, Betty was a strong fighter until the end; she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Julius Courville Jr.; son, Timothy Courville (Michele); daughters, Rebecca Lynn McClendon and Debra Rowntree (Doug); sister, Shirley Moon; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; and her daughter-in-law, Tina Courville.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Courville; grandchild, Brandon Ricks; parents, Arch and Irene Moles Young; and her brothers, Bruce Young and Roger Young.
