He is survived by his wife Maire Lee; four daughters, Mrs. Durwin (Kelly) Lee, Mrs. Terry (Earline) Batiste, and JoAnn and Stephanie Etienne; four sons, Jules, Earl, Roy Jr. and Gerald Etienne; and sister, Lucy Savoy.
