He is survived by wife Dianne T. Dugan; children, Tressie Boudreaux, Monique Labiche, Clint Dugan, and Sherry Delcambre; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; siblings, Morris “Bully” Champagne, Jr., Edward Paul Dugan, Angela Cormier and Mary Jane Dendy.

He is preceded in death by his son, Dennis J. Dugan; a grandchild and a great-grandchild; and siblings Christy Agnes Dugan Belaire and Helen Ann Dugan Warren.
