Reginald ‘Guam’ Jean-baptiste
Reginald, known to his family and friends as, “Guam,” was born December 4, 1967, in Lafayette. He enjoyed fishing, listening to Reggae music, and most importantly being with his beloved family. Guam will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his fiancée, Madeline Johnson; sisters, Charolette Jean-baptiste Carrier (Lincoln), Agatha Charles Baptiste (Bernard), Consuella Baptiste Guidry, Natalie Jean-baptiste Olivier; step-daughter, Emeral Pete; grandchildren, Noel Pete, Adriel Pete and Naomie Pete; dog, Kingston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Mary Lambert Jean-baptiste; step-daughter, Dajanee Olivier; brother, Roland Jean-baptiste; and brother-in-laws, Joseph Guidry and Jules Olivier Jr.
