She is survived by her husband, Lennis Phillips Jr.; son, Leland J. Phillips; mother, Georgie LeBlanc Batiste; sisters, Linda N. Livings, Brenda N. Journet, Patricia N. Joseph and Martha N. Calais; and brothers, Earl,  Linton,  David, Napoleon Jr. and Ernest Noel.
