A visitation will take place at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and will continue on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM.
A rosary will be prayed at 6:30 PM on Wednesday.
Rev. Garrett Mc-Intyre will officiate at the funeral service. Readers will be Michael Vincent and Andre’ Vincent.
Burial will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.
Ella was born December 21,1940 in Parks. She and her husband, Russell, had five children together. She had a special talent for crafting, pouring her heart into beautiful Christmas ornaments, quilts, and sewing projects. She found happiness in every thread and stitch. Ella had a love for shopping and treating herself. Her main priority was her family and she cherished her time spent with them. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her children, Corin “Corey” Vincent (Rachael), Timothy Vincent (Donna), Sharon “Sherry” Vincent Lanclos (Mark) and Desiree’ Vincent Boudreaux (Matt); daughter-in-law, Tiffany Vincent; grandchildren, Hillary Vincent Haydel (Paxton), Trevor Vincent (Danielle), Andre’ Vincent (Mallory), Austin Vincent, Ansley Vincent Juneau (Thomas), Michael Vincent (Kim), Darien Vincent, Parker Lanclos, Katelyn Boudreaux, and Claire Boudreaux; great grandchildren, Mila Haydel and Brantley Vincent; siblings, Barbara Cade, Anna Faye Tauzin (Javis), Paul Borel, Inez Berthelot (Vernon), Claudette Case (Mark), Terry Borel (Mona), Glenn Borel and Mitchell Borel.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Evrard and Eunice Douet Borel; husband, Russell J. Vincent, Sr.; son, Russell “Rusty” Vincent, Jr.; brothers, Steven, Ernest, and Kernest Borel; and sisters, Amelie Green and Roxanne Guidry.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Trevor Vincent, Andre’ Vincent, Austin Vincent, Michael Vincent, and Parker Lanclos and her brother, Paul Borel.
