St. Martinville – A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, Nov. 3, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Raymond Cormier, 85, who passed away on Monday, Oct. 29, 2018. Interment followed at St. Michael Mausoleum. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mildred Bourque Cormier; son, Merlin Cormier; daughters, Mrs. Dale (Paulette) Vice and Lisa Cormier; brother, Randell Cormier; sister, Regina Theriot; eight grandchildren and his 12 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sister, Genevieve Meyers. Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
