Arnaudville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, March 23, at St. Catherine Catholic Church for Lula Mae P. Auguillard, 94, also known as “Madame Nelson” in her community, who passed away March 19, 2019. Interment followed at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery. She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Oliver (Nellie) Peltier, Mrs. Edgar L. (Mary Alice) Fuselier, Mrs. Donald (Louise) Simon and Amelia Auguillard; son, Paul Auguillard; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Auguillard, two daughters, Mary J. Robicheaux and Louella Lemelle; son, Joseph J. Auguillard; and a grandson. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville was in charge of arrangements.
