Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Hazel F. Calais, 94, who passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019. Visiting hours will be observed at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday . She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Jim (Joy) Kennedy and Mrs. Max (Sherry) McLeod; her son, Ricky J. Calais; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Euline F. Dupuis, Anna F. Angelle, Evelyna F. Guidry and Edna Calais. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rene J. Calais; her sisters, Vivian F. LeBlanc and Rose F. LeBlanc; and her brothers, Joseph and Lee A. Frederick. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
