reaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Saturday, Sept 21, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Julien James Soularie, 63, who passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019. Visiting hours will be at the funeral home from 4 until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue on Saturday at 7 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery. He is survived by his son, Kerry J. Bergeron; step-son, Corey Bergeron; brothers, Ricky and Wilbert Soularie; and sisters, Mrs. Ivory (Elizabeth) Stagg Jr. and Michelle Thomas. He was preceded in death by his brother, Wilbert Soularie Jr. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
