St. Martinville – A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, at Union Baptist Church for Joyce Ann Polite Ebow, 84, who died on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020. Visiting hours will be observed at the funeral home from 4 until 10 p.m. on Friday, and continue on Saturday from 7 until 10:30 a.m. Survivors include her seven children, Michael, Elridge, Keith and Glenn Ebow, Mrs. Terrance (Suzette) Woods, Mrs. Reginal (Charlene) Hill Sr., and Mrs. Joseph (Debbie) Listenbee Sr.; sisters, Shirley Skipper and Gloria Gardner; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Ebow Jr.; sister, Mary A. Fontenette; brothers, Louis, James and John Polite; and three grandchildren. Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville is in charge of arrangements.
