Breaux Bridge – A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, May 12, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Shirley Jean Morvant, 87, who passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at St. Martin Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Marian Belaire Morvant; sons, Rickey J. and Carl J. Morvant; one grandchild; and his sister, Hazel Rouley. He was preceded in death by a son, James Morvant; and brothers, Willie C. and Burley Morvant. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
