New Iberia – Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Richard Jessen Pharr, 70, who passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020. Interment will be at a later date. Pellerin Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
