Renella L. Demouchet

Cecilia – A Funeral Service was held on July 16 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church for Renella L. Demouchet, 88, who died on July 11, 2022. 

She is survived by her children, Henry, Earl, Ricky, Clifford and Rebecca Demouchet, and Druscilla Melonson; siblings, Linton, Melvin, Milton, Marylee, Marylou and Mary Alice LeBlanc, and Mrs. Roland (Earline) Castex; 16 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Richard T. Bienvenu

Richard Thomas Bienvenu, born September 9, 1936, passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 85. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Ulle Lepasaar Bienvenu; his sons, David Bienvenu and Michjah Bienvenu; his granddaughter, Ava; and his siblings Elmire B. Resweber, Stella B. Talley and Celeste B. Broussard. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Wade Thomas Bienvenu and Helen Marie LaSalle Bienvenu. 

No services are being held at this time.

George Robin

Breaux Bridge – George Robin, 80, died on Thursday, July 7, 2022. 

He is survived by his wife, Jackie Chiasson; son, Robert Robin; daughters, Mrs. Julien (Shelly) Hebert, Mrs. Mack (Jessie) Robin and Mrs. Jeremy (Margaret) Whitehead; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Norman and Curtis Robin; and sisters, Bernice Hayes, Barbara Johnson, Charlotte Johnson and Nettie Robin.

Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on July 11 at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Harry Joseph Poche, 89, who died on July 8, 2022. 

He is survived by wife, Joyce L. Poche; sons, Rodney and Craig Poche; daughters, Mrs. Alan (Vickie) Strickland and Barbara L. Ried; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren; and the mother of his children Liz Poche.

Ricky A. Begnaud

Breaux Bridge – Funeral Services were celebrated on July  7at Pellerin Funeral Home for Ricky “Gator” Adam Begnaud, 70, who died on July 3, 2022. 

He is survived by his wife, Mary “Sue” Begnaud; sons, Todd and Codey Begnaud; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
