Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Delania Kay Usie, 56, who passed away on Friday, Sept. 4, 2020.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn P. Usie; two sons, Brandon and Brett Barrilleaux; two grandchildren; two step-sons; two step-granddaughters; and father, George Theriot.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
St. Martinville – Lance Gerard Batiste was born on April 28, 1975, to the union of Allen and Genevieve (Gerard) Batiste in St. Martinville, La.
Lance departed this life into Glory on August 28, 2020, after a brief illness.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020, at Notre Dame Catholic Church.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Notre Dame Catholic Church from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Friday. A rosary will be prayed at 8 a.m. on Friday.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Rodney (Cheryl) Savoy; six sons, Ronald, Wendell Sr., James, Gerald Sr. and George Barras Sr., and Daniel James; brother, Lennis Phillips Sr.; five sisters, Margaret P. Alexander, Viola, Hilda, Irma and Ida Phillips; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Clifford Etienne; four daughters, Mrs. Henry (Rocquelle) Kelley, Mrs. Paul (Celeste) Glaude, Mrs. Francis (Brooke) Barras and Terri L. Etienne; son, Clifford A. Etienne Jr.; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; five brothers, Joseph Orphe Jr., and Cleveland, James, Karl Landry and Matthew Landry; and two sisters, Mary Darbigny and Mrs. Roy (Phyllis) Roberts.
