Catahoula – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on May 13 at St. Rita Catholic Church for Glynn Joseph Mason, 67, who died on April 21, 2023. 

He is survived by his wife, Lonnie Broussard Mason; children, Raquel Mason, Glynn R. Mason and Ike Mason; six grandchildren; and siblings, Iris Theriot, Charlene Boudreaux, Sandra Boudreaux and Kerry Mason.

St. Martinville – A Funeral Service  was held on April 29 at Pellerin Funeral Home for Jeffery “Jeff” Belaire, 60, who died on April 25, 2023,. 

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jodie Broussard Belaire; sons, Meko and Max Belaire (Kelli); mother, Norvelle Belaire; sister, Norrie Kenner (Allen); and three grandchildren.

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service will be held on May 4 at Pellerin Funeral Home for Chester J. Guidry, 82, who died on May 1, 2023. 

He is survived by his daughter, Dena Cowan (Sean); stepchildren, Stephanie Primeaux (Michael) and Jason Venable (Jessica); two grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Murphy and Alfred Guidry; and his sisters, Renella Theriot and Geraldine Solis.
